Where are you located?

Our Warehouse is currently located in Walker, Louisiana. We are by-appointment only and do not hold regular office hours at our Warehouse. Want to set an appointment, just send an email! Taylor@JolieRentals.com or Michelle@JolieRentals.com 

Where do you deliver?

All over Southern Louisiana and some areas of Mississippi! Our most popular cities include Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, New Orleans, Metairie,  the Northshore area including Covington, Mandeville and Madisonville, Hammond, Amite, Kentwood, St. Francisville, New Roads, Slidell – and of course all of those pretty places (estates, historic homes, and private residences) off the beaten path. 

Do you have rental minimums?

Yes, minimums are determined based on the date of your event and exact location. Although the daily rate of renting can be seen by viewing our Collection on the website, please inquire if a rental minimum would apply to your order. A rental minimum simply means we require you to spend a certain amount in rentals in order to avoid a fee to meet the minimum. Although these can fluctuate, an average starting minimum is around $800.00 in rentals. 

What fees are not included in the pricing listed with the Collection?

Great question! We will calculate any delivery fees or set up fees once we know what items you are selecting for your event. These fees cover the costs of transporting your pieces along with the staffing needed to move the items. In addition to this, you can expect tax to be added to any inventory you are selecting. The tax amount is calculated based on the city or parish where we are delivering. 

Do you allow Will-Call Orders?

Not always, but we sometimes do! Items that are extremely fragile in nature, we will not allow to be transported by anyone but our staff. We do have some inventory that we will allow you to pick up and return to avoid a rental minimum or delivery fees. We will gladly offer custom signage, easels, small good decor items, cake stands, etc…in will call orders. These items can be easily picked up and returned by our clients! 

How can I make an appointment to come see the Collection in-person?

Just send us an email and let us know you want to come by, what your event date is, what you are interested in and the best days and times for you to meet! Taylor@JolieRentals.com or Michelle@JolieRentals.com 

Am I seeing all of your inventory online? Or do you have more to offer than what I can see?

If there is anything you are looking for that you do not see offered, please reach out and inquire! We may have some newer pieces not yet added to our site and we are always happy to consider expanding our collection with pretty pieces! We love designing custom orders too!

How can I get a proposal?

The quickest and easiest way to get a proposal is to submit a wishlist through our site. If you browse through our catalog and find something you like, click the “Add to Wishlist” button. When you are finished with your wishlist you can click “Wishlist” in the upper right-hand corner, fill out our wishlist questionnaire and submit it. We’ll clean some things up on our end and send you pricing.

Do you only offer furniture rentals? What is this “custom signage” stuff?

Custom Signage is anything you would need for your wedding or event that would include text and design. Think a beautiful welcome sign with your names and the date, place cards or escort cards, a seating chart, food station signs, menu cards, reserved table signs, directional signs, a sign for the guest book or photo booth, bar signs to display your beverage options or highlight a specialty drink. The sky is the limit! 

I don’t have an eye for design, can you help me style my event?

We would LOVE to! We know that sometimes picking rental items can be a little overwhelming. We are more than happy (and even excited) to help you with this process. We will style and design your furniture and decor rentals for you, for an additional fee. Please email Michelle@JolieRentals.com or Taylor@JolieRentals.com for more details. 

My event is outdoors, what happens to my order in case of inclement weather?

We are Louisiana girls and boy do we get how wild the weather can be! We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to have a solid Plan B if you are planning an outdoor event in our great state. In that case, we can implement Plan B and deliver and set up with no hiccups for your event or compromise your design. We will not be able to deliver and leave our rentals outdoors in the event of rain with no Plan B, so if this happens then no-refunds are given and you are unable to use our items. Please reach out with the specific details on your outdoor event and we will be happy to work with you as best as we can! 

I am a photographer and just looking for one couch for a photoshoot for a few hours, do you offer this?

We love working with our photographer friends! Please reach out and let us know the seating that interests you and the date of your event and we will be happy to see how we can work with you!

Are there fees for late night or early morning pickups?
Yes. Fees are assessed for after-hours pickup times that are required and not within normal business hours. Please discuss the exact delivery or pick up window times with us based on your event schedule or what your venue allows these windows. We will be happy to tell you if additional fees need to be planned for based on these times.
